Klondike Rose Breakfast

5- cups Klondike Rose potatoes, diced small.
5 - eggs, scrambled
1 - 15 oz. can of chili with beans
1 - 15 oz. can of tamales
2 - cups of grated cheese
1 - package of tortillas
Fry potatoes and scramble the eggs. After they ar cooked place
them in a
large pan and cover with the chili and tamales. Break the
tamales in small
pieces and heat the mixture. Place 1/2 cup of mixture in the
center of a
warm tortilla, sprinkle with cheese and roll into a burrito.
