Meatballs
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 C. bread crumbs
2 T. grated cheese
2 T. chopped fresh
parsley
2 garlic cloves,
minced
Salt and Pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
Mix together
thoroughly. If it seems too hard, add some water to
make it easier to mix and roll into balls. Fry in
oil until brown.
