Italian Stuffed Bread1 loaf Italian bread
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
6 pieces prosciutto , thinly sliced
1 package Laga blue cheese
5 figs, thinly sliced
Slice bread 3/4 way through lengthwise. Drizzle olive
oil on one side and top with prosciutto. On the other side
spread blue cheese, arrange fig slices on top. Close and
wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Bake at 350F. degrees for
15 to 20 minutes until heated through. Delicious in the
autumn when figs are ripe and just picked. Enjoy with a
glass of white wine
