Hot
Shrimp Dip.
1/2 pound fresh small shrimp, peeled and cooked.
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1 tbls. garlic salt
2 tabls. mayonnaise
1 tbles. chopped chives
Paprika
Fork shrimp to shred. Cream all the ingredients together.
Place in custard cups or seafood shells. Sprinkle with
paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with
crackers.
Crabmeat may be substituted.
