Mozzarella cheese-1 lb., cut into cubes
Homemade Pesto Sauce-3 tablespoons
Fresh chopped basil leaved-1 tablespoon
Dash hot red pepper
Salt- 1/2 teaspoon
Freshly cracked black pepper

Mix all ingredients together and place in a small glass bowl. Place a spoon by the bowl and small appetizer plates. A lovely addition to any antipasto or cheese platter
