Pan Fried Cabbage
1 head cabbage, shredded
1 onion, sliced thin
˝ tsp. black pepper
4 slices bacon
1 tsp. salt
1 tbp. sugar
Fry bacon in large skillet, until crisp. Crumble bacon. A
little extra oil may be added if needed. Add cabbage, sugar,
onion, salt, and pepper; sauté (stirring to keep from
sticking) until cabbage is partially cooked. Turn heat to
high. Allow cabbage to cook until tender & lightly browned.
