Brownies
4 tablespoons butter.
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate.
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate.
1 cup sugar.
2 big eggs.
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract.
Dash or salt.
9 Tablespoons flour.
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans.
Beat
those eggs and sugar well put them on the side. In a double
boiler melt those chocolates and butter together. Add all
those ingredients into some big bowl. Now don't over mix them
or the texture don't come out good. Mix them just until
combined there. Pour that batter into some 8"x8" or so greased
pan. Bake that in the oven at 325 oven for 35 minutes. Do Not
Over Bake!!! Let that cool and serve it with cold milk.
