3 lbs. ricotta
5 eggs
1 1/2 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 oz. grated lemon and orange peels,
finely grated

Blend all of these ingredients. Pour into a greased 10" pie plate and bake at 350F. degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
