Garlic Herb Pretzels

2 packages yeast
4-5 cups flour
1 1/2 cups warm water
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp basil
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp parsley

Dissolve yeast in water. Add salt and sugar. Blend in 2 cups flour.
Crush garlic and add with herbs. Add 2 cups more flour, and more if
dough is too sticky. Roll into snakes and shape. Sprinkle with Kosher salt if desired. Bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes or until browned.
