4(4 oz) catfish fillets
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
4 tsp cajun seasoning
cooking spray

Brush both sides of fillets with lemon juice and sprinkle with cajun seasoning.Place fish on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray and broil 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with a fork.

Cajun Seasoning

2 1/2 tbsp paprika
4 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground red pepper
