1 pie crust in greased pie plate (save some crust for the
top).
1 il. Italian sausage sliced.
1 pt. ricotta cheese.
4 eggs beaten
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese-grated.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Pour into pie shell.
Put on top shell and bake 1 hour or until crust is brown
