Fillet
of Sole With Orange Sauce1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 pond fillet of sole
2 tablespoons butter
rind of 1 orange
1/2 cup sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon of sweet Hungarian paprika
Place the onions in the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange
the fish on top of the onions. Dot the fish with the butter.
In a small bowl mix all the remaining ingredients. Spoon over
the fish. Bake at 350F degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with some
fresh steamed green beans and rice
