Canh Chua Tom-Vietnamese Shrimp Sweet Sour Soup

You will need:
10-15 shrimps with shells and head (tiger shrimp preferably),
about 4 fresh stalks lemongrass, minced
4 1/2 cups water
20 pieces of fresh pineapple chunks
1 large tomato, cut into 6-8 wedges
15 green okra
2 limes (juiced)
1 cup of Asian bean sprouts
3 garlic cloves
2 tbs vegetable oil
Vietnamese Fish Sauce (use later for personal taste)
2 cups of extra long grain rice cooked (set aside)
In a separate saucepan, fry the garlic, lemongrass with the shrimp.
Boil 4 1/2 cups of water for broth preparation, add the okra then add the fried shrimps and lower the heat. As you're about to turn the heat off completely, add the remaining ingredients.
Must serve hot/warm over a bed/bowl of rice!
Optional-add fish sauce for personal liking
