Cream Cheese scrambled eggs
Eggs (amount depends on how many are eating)
cut up in small cubes or dollops of cream cheese
splash of milk
salt and pepper to taste
Whisk
the eggs, cream cheese, milk, pepper together in a small
bowl,
Pour mixture into non stick skillet on low heat. Slowly
fold eggs over with plastic spatula continuously till all
is set. Cream cheese will gradually melt into eggs leaving
them soft and creamy. Lightly salt eggs before serving to
bring out flavor.
