Deviled Eggs.
Ingredients:
Eggs-4 hard boiled, cooled.
Mayonaisse-1 tablespoon.
White Pepper-1/4 teaspoon.
Celery Seed-1/4 teaspoon.
Salt-1/2 teaspoon.
Dijon Mustard-1 teaspoon.
Old Bay Seasoning-1/4 teaspoon.
Fresh Scallions-2.
Cayenne Pepper-dash.
Instructions:
Halve the hard boiled eggs. In a large bowl add the yolks and
all the other ingredients except for the scallions and Cayenne
pepper. Mix the ingredients well. Spoon or pipe the mixture
back into the egg whites. Slice the fresh scallions on the
diagonal as in Chinese cooking. Sprinkle a little Cayenne
pepper on top of the of egg filling. Scatter a few scallion
pieces on top of that. This recipe is delicious!
