2 Wolferman's 1910 Original Recipe English Muffins
split and toasted
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper corns
1 teaspoon finely minced fresh chives
4 oz. thinly sliced lox
4 thin slices red onion
2 tablespoons capers

Mix mayonnaise, peppercorns and chives, set aside. Layer each muffin half with 1 oz, sliced lox, a red onion slice and a dollop of mayonnaise mixture. Garnish with a sprinkling of capers on top. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings
