Quiche
Here's a quick and easy quiche recipe my sister gave a me.
This is good hot or cold - that's why I love it and also
you can put anything you want in it.

pie crust deep
1TBS butter softened
2 cups heavy cream
4 eggs
3/4tsp salt
1/4lb shredded Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 425. Prepare pie crust by spreading with
butter. In med bowl with wire whisk cream, eggs and salt
until well blended. Stir in cheese. (I usually put
leftover ham, cooked onions and mushrooms and for
vegetarians I would leave out the ham and put in cooked
spinach.) Pour mixture into pie crust and bake 15 minutes
then turn oven to 325 and 35 minutes longer or until knife
comes out clean.
