Scotch Eggs.
Hard Boiled Eggs.
Sausage Meat.
Beaten Eggs
Bread Crumbs.
Deep fryer.
Shell the hard boiled
eggs, wrap defrosted sausage meat around egg about 1/4" to
1/2" thick, roll in beaten egg, roll in bread crumbs and
deep fry until golden brown (be careful they burn easily).
